St. Johns is the fast-growing community in the northwest corner of St. Johns County, between the St. Johns River and I-95. Fruit Cove alone counted more than 32,000 people in the 2020 census.
From downtown it is about 35 minutes: I-95 south, then State Road 9B and east on Race Track Road. Julington Creek Plantation sits along Race Track Road, and RiverTown and Durbin Park keep stretching the map south and east.
Most homes here are newer builds in master-planned neighborhoods, with paver driveways, a three-row SUV and often a truck beside it.

Max and Hunter brought my car back to life ! It’s no longer just a dog hair chauffeur. This car has carried at least 5 dogs, 4 moves including cross country, 3 Christmas trees, 2 turtle doves and a partridge in a pear tree. It looks fresh off the lot now !
